Parlade Law Firm, P.A. (“PLF”) is a boutique law firm based in Miami, Florida. The firm advises clients concerning real estate, business and corporate law, estate planning, trust administration, probate, and related private-client matters.

PLF is also an authorized title insurance agent of Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. This relationship allows the firm to coordinate legal representation, title insurance, settlement, and closing services in applicable real estate and lender transactions. Title insurance coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, exceptions, and exclusions of the applicable policy.

PLF represents commercial real estate investors, developers, lenders, business owners, nonprofit organizations, and other clients in South Florida. The firm also serves as outside general counsel to closely held businesses and nonprofit organizations.

The firm’s business and transactional services include contract drafting and negotiation, transaction structuring, acquisitions and dispositions, financing, corporate governance, and ongoing legal guidance.

PLF represents lenders in secured-financing transactions. Its lender-representation services include loan-document preparation and negotiation, due diligence, title-insurance coordination, collateral documentation, and commercial and residential loan closings.

The firm also advises individuals, families, fiduciaries, and personal representatives concerning estate planning, trust administration, probate and estate administration, and residential real estate matters.

Michelle Parladé Corey

President

Michelle Parladé Corey is President of Parlade Law Firm, P.A. She has practiced law in Florida for more than 15 years and represents individuals, businesses, fiduciaries, lenders, and investors in real estate, business, estate-planning, trust-administration, probate, and related matters.

Her practice includes commercial and residential real estate transactions, business and corporate matters, outside general counsel services, and coordinated private-client representation.

Michelle began working at PLF during high school and college under the mentorship of her father, founding member Alberto J. Parladé. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, cum laude, from the University of Florida and a Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, while also spending time as a visiting student at the University of Miami School of Law.

Michelle is admitted to practice in Florida and is active in professional and charitable organizations throughout South Florida, including the Cuban American Bar Association, the Attorneys’ Real Estate Council of Miami-Dade County, and the Coral Gables/South Dade Estate Planning Council.

Alberto J. Parladé

Founding Member and Of Counsel

Alberto J. Parladé is the founding member of Parlade Law Firm, P.A. and serves as Of Counsel to the firm. He brings more than four decades of experience in real estate, development and transactional matters.

He has represented developers, builders, property owners, and business clients in South Florida concerning real estate, development, and related business matters.

Alberto earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland. He is admitted to practice law in Florida.

His experience provides valuable historical perspective and institutional continuity to the firm.
